SHIPPING POLICY
The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies.
For handmade bow ties and hair bows, orders can take 1-3 weeks to dispatch.
For other items it may take 2-10 days to dispatch.
Orders are dispatched on week days (Monday to Friday)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or circumstances out of our control.

Once a package is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages and will not issue refunds or replacements for such packages.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping prices vary depending on the item and location being shipped to. Handmade items will be shipped be made and shipped by us. Other items will be processed and shipped by our supplier. Different items might have different shipping prices. All details are available when you check out.
All prices shown here are in CAD and may not be up to date as shipping prices change throughout the year. You can check what the price would be in your currency for a more accurate assessment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All of our products are custom made to order, specifically for you. Because of this we are unable to offer a return or exchange policy like some other stores. If there is a product that has a defect because of printing or manufacturing, please contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of receiving your order) so we can get a replacement sent. At this time we are unable to offer returns if you change your mind or for incorrect sizing.
We accept cancellations but only for a certain amount of time. If I or our supplier have already started working on your order, the order can no longer be cancelled.
